Getting help
A real person answers. We are a small team in the UK, so the quickest way to anything is to write to us and say what happened.
Contact us
Email — support@cinolla.com. We answer within one working day, usually sooner. If something is stopping work in the workshop, say so in the subject line and it goes to the front.
Telephone — 01202 937620, weekdays.
Post — Cinolla Software Limited, 26 Caledon Road, Lower Parkstone, Poole, Dorset, BH14 9NN.
When something has gone wrong, the three things that help most are: what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot with the address bar in it is worth a paragraph.
Common questions
I cannot sign in
If you have two-factor sign-in on and have lost your phone, use one of the recovery codes you were given when you set it up — each works once. If those are gone too, write to us from the email address on the account and we will verify who you are and reset it.
Face ID has stopped working on my phone
Adding a face or a fingerprint to a device deliberately invalidates the stored sign-in code, so the app will ask for a typed code instead. Sign in with your authenticator app, then turn the setting back on. Nothing is lost.
How do I get my data out?
Ask us and we will export it for you, in a form you can open. It is yours and there is no charge.
How do I close my account?
In the app: Settings → Security → Close this account, or on a phone,More → Close this account. It asks for your password and for the workshop's name to be typed out, then deletes everything immediately and cancels the subscription. It cannot be undone, so take an export first if you want one.
What does it cost?
14 days free with no card, then £49 a month for the workshop — not per person. See pricing.
Is my customers' data safe?
It is held in the United Kingdom, encrypted, and we are your processor for it rather than its owner. The privacy policy sets out who is responsible for what.
The apps
Marque runs in any modern browser, and there are apps for iPhone, iPad and Android for the work done with a car in front of you — the day's jobs, a job, and the camera. They use the same account and the same data; there is nothing to sync and nothing extra to pay.
The camera, and Face ID or fingerprint sign-in, need permission the first time you use them. Refusing either leaves the rest of the app working normally.
Something is broken
Check marque.works — if we know about a problem affecting everybody, it will say so here first. Then write to us.
