Pricing

One price, however many of you there are

Marque is charged per workshop, not per person. Put the whole bench on it — the technicians, the office, the person who does the ordering — for the same money.

14 days free to begin with, and no card until you decide. If you need longer to get a proper look at it, you can add another 7 days yourself from inside the app — once, and without having to ask us.

What that includes

All of it. There is one plan, and this is what is in it.

Everyone at the workshop

Technicians, the office, whoever does the ordering. We do not charge per person, and there is no seat count to keep an eye on.

Jobs, repairs and sales

Cars booked into a bay, items posted in for repair, and parts supplied and shipped — each with its own numbering, statuses and paperwork.

Quotes and job sheets

Quotes on your letterhead that become the job when accepted, and a printable job sheet with the parts, the labour and the balance due.

Scheduling and the diary

Week and month views, start and end dates, and the technicians assigned to each job. A job that is waiting on a part says so.

Parts, stock and suppliers

Track a part from awaiting order to fitted, with carrier updates pulled in automatically and finishing tracked separately from delivery.

Import costing

Duty, VAT and currency worked out on the published HMRC rate, with freight split across a consignment. The rate is pinned to the part, so a quote never silently re-prices.

Condition reports

Photographs and marked-up vehicle diagrams, signed by the customer and then locked — because a record that can be edited afterwards is not evidence.

Bodyshop and delivery tracking

Delivery notes for work going out to a finisher, and a counter for how long each has had it.

QuickBooks and DVLA

Customers and inventory items sync across from QuickBooks; a registration lookup fills in the vehicle so nobody types a VIN twice.

Support from the people who built it

You talk to us, not a ticket queue. Marque is built around how specialist workshops actually work, and that only stays true if we keep hearing from them.

Questions people actually ask

What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing disappears. If you have not subscribed, the account becomes read-only — every job, part, photograph and customer is still there and you can still open all of it, you just cannot add to it or change it until the account is paid for. We never delete anything for non-payment.
Do you charge per user?
No. One price covers the whole workshop however many logins you create, including the ones you issue to outside bodyshops so they can see the pieces you have sent them.
Is VAT included?
No — both prices are before VAT, which is added at checkout. If you are a business outside the UK, give us your VAT number at checkout and reverse charge applies.
Can I cancel?
Whenever you like, from the billing screen, without asking us. Cancelling stops the next payment and you keep working normally until the period you have paid for ends.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, from the same billing screen. Stripe works out the difference for the part of the period you have already paid for.
What if this is not the right price for us?
Talk to us. We set prices per account, so if there is a reason the standard one does not fit — a very small shop, a longer commitment, a pilot — it is a conversation rather than a policy.
